Having grown-up in my father’s boutique conveyancing firm, Christo Barnard Attorneys Inc, and later overseeing the firms commercial and residential development department I hold a unique understanding of development from its conception to registration. This has also provided me with a thourough understanding of the transfer, bond and bond cancellation processes.
