The house is in a very good location and within easy reach of all the amenities including the easy access to national roadways. It is is fully walled. The main gate is remote controlled leading to the single lock up garage and a carport; besides that there is ample parking space. The house is fully tiled. It comprises of 3 bedrooms all with built in units. The main bedroom has a shower e-suite and an air-conditioner for those hot summer conditions.
Along the passage there is a family bath with a shower, tub and washing basin.. As you enter the house which is a step down you are welcome by a huge separate lounge with a sliding door leading to the pool and entertainment area. Main lounge has an air-conditioner and the second lounge can be used as a study. The kitchen is fully fitted and adjoining it is a laundry and an outside toilet.
