The accommodation is solid, well constructed with security type doors, rural and rugged, a reflection of the environment.
The remainder of the infrastructure is related to the ongoing farm activities and they are:

A storage container for the tools, spares and utensils on the farm for day to day activities.
The farms 4.5kw generator is housed in a shed that is also utilized as a storage area.
The farms staff have their own accommodation and this consists of 3 bedrooms with ablution.
Water for this farm is from a single equipped borehole that is sufficient for daily domestic use. A 5000lt tank gravity feeds to all the points where water is required.
The Generator and selected furniture and bedding is included in the sale.
The location of 58 Vera is: On the Niewelust road about 8km from Mopane. Mopane is on the D777 that links up to the N1. The road is adjacent to the Baobab plaza on the N1.
