What changes or improvements in Harcourts have you noticed in recent years?
Our branding makeover is totally on point, I love it! The brand is vibrant and professional, and I think it gets us noticed in the marketplace.

What is your favourite thing about the Harcourts brand?
The Energy... you can feel the passion for what we do in everything we do!

What do you think Harcourts does really well?
We do "real" really well! Genuine ethics, authentic people, and true intentions - we just get REAL right, time and again, and our clients see that. 

How do you find the Harcourts technology and systems and how have they helped you in your service offering? 
Absolutely brilliant - the technological advancements in our systems have added yet another advantage over the competition, our systems are world class! Easy access to Lightstone and the ease of listing new properties via the Hub have been great tools for me. I also really enjoying seeing all the news and updates right there on my opening screen!

What advice do you have for new Harcourts agents?
See everything! Go to every listing, every training session and immerse yourself in all things property related (except "Selling Sunset" on Netflix because that definitely isn't the real world of real estate😂‼️)

What was a highlight for you over the past 2 years that you can remember?
I have the most wonderful clients in the world, but a true highlight was definitely when my 80-year-old client called me to chat and ended our call with "Okay Lovey, I will see you soon ... Love you!" My heart just melted!

How do you think Harcourts is different from other real estate brands?
We have ingrained professionalism and tested integrity; the look and feel of the brand puts that across and the people back it up. We know what we are doing, and we care about the way we market our sellers' homes. 

What's your personal philosophy or motto?
Actually it's closely aligned to our company's... Give of my Best, Work Hard and do the Right Thing.
