What changes or improvements in Harcourts have you noticed in recent years?
They have grown extensively and beyond all imagination. They continue to adapt and innovate in the marketplace. There are so many tools for us to use as agents that make us different.
What is your favourite thing about the Harcourts brand?
The professionalism and ethics. Right from the leadership team to the agents I can see why we are one of the most trusted brands out there. That trust helps us secure mandates and retain top quality agents.
What do you think Harcourts does really well?
Harcourts does so well at being the best in the business. With auction, our H1 system and top-notch technology in place ensures that I will never lose a mandate due to a competitor having better strategies
How do you find the Harcourts technology and systems and how have they helped you in your service offering?
They have cut down a huge amount of time taken in admin whilst ensuring first class service. In a short space of time technology allows us to keep our clients up to date with the progress and makes sure there is still time to be out there meeting clients and selling houses!
What advice do you have for new Harcourts agents?
Go through the Harcourts academy and learn the right way first time. Harcourts training is second to none and if a new agent follows the recipe to succeed then the end result will be first class and they will be successful.
What was a highlight for you over the past 2 years that you can remember?
A highlight was coming first in Harcourts for 2020 and 2021. Also seeing the success of auction where there was so many that doubted it could work.
How do you think Harcourts is different from other real estate brands?
Harcourts always seem to evolve, whereas many real estate companies seem to remain stagnant and fail to offer their clients new and modern strategies to achieve the highest price.
What's your personal philosophy or motto?
Be the leader in change. When others see a strategy succeed, they will follow and as one large team we can write the future of real estate.
