- Scrub your shower
Sprinkle teaspoon of baking soda and a few drops of dishwashing liquid on a damp microfiber cloth. Massage the cloth between your hands to create a lather. Then, scrub the shower walls with the cloth. Pour baking soda over shower floors, apply dishwashing liquid in a "S" motion over the baking soda, then scrub the floor with a wet brush. Use warm water to rinse the entire shower. Use a dry microfiber cloth to clean the walls and floor. Shower curtains can be cleaned using a moist microfiber cloth that has been dusted with baking soda.
- Clean bathroom drains
Mix half a cup of baking soda, 2 cups of water, and 10-20 drops of your favourite essential oil(s) to create a linen, mattress, and general upholstery freshener. Put the baking soda mixture carefully into a 16 oz. glass spray bottle using a funnel. Add water and shake thoroughly. Spray the surface until just damp, then let it air dry. For a cleaner, fresher house, mist the air over fabrics and carpets and all around your space.

Place greasy pans in a sink or small tub after removing them. Microwave vinegar until it boils. After adding the boiling vinegar to the pots and pans, sprinkle on some baking soda. Give the mixture 30 minutes to rest. Rinse after wiping with a moist sponge. Repeat is necessary.
