Harcourts Ambers was started in 2011 as a satellite office to Harcourts Patrick and Co which was established back in 1978 under Ed Patrick, who was later joined by his son David Patrick. As the industry changed, so did the company which grew over the years to where it is today. Not only is the firm one of the top 5 real estate companies in Pietermaritzburg, but they also have branches in Howick (Harcourts Ambers) and Mooi River (Harcourts Midlands).
Tiffiny Hancock and Tracy Williams came across for the original Developers (Ian Taylor and Rob Taylor) of Amberfield, Amberglen and Amber Valley (giving rise to the Harcourts Ambers office) and continued with Amber Ridge, Amber Lakes, Amber Lee and Amber Glades. Debbie Gurney, who also worked for the original Developers, joined us in 2015 completing our team of highly experienced and knowledgable Agents within the Amber market.

Tiffiny began her career in Real Estate in 2002 in Hillcrest and moved up to Howick in 2004. It was in Howick where she joined the Development Team for the Amber Villages.
