THE MOOT
The Moot is north of Pretoria's CBD and lies in a valley between the Magaliesberg in the north and a ridge to the south formed by the Daspoort, Silverton Ridge and the Bronberg. Suburbs in the area include Bergtuin, Booysens, Capital Park, Claremont, Danville, Daspoort, East Lynne, Elandspoort, Eloffsdal, Gezina, Kilner Park, Les Marais, Mayville, Moregloed, Mountain View, Philip Nel Park, Pretoria Gardens, Pretoria West, Proclamation Hill, Queenswood, Rietfontein, Rietondale, Riviera, Roseville, Suiderberg, Villieria, Waverley, Weavind Park and Wonderboom South.

Moot medical facilities include a Netcare Hospital, General Hospital and Emergency Hospital, a Medicross Dr's rooms, other general practitioners and specialists in the area as well as being home to one of SA's largest Academic Hospitals. The Department of Foreign Affairs is also located here.

Moot Residents enjoy the convenience of several shopping centres nearby, some of them being Queen's Corner, Moot Boeremark, Cornwall View, Bougainville Shopping Centre. 

PRETORIA NORTH
Pretoria North, as the name suggests, lies on the Northern side of Pretoria, en-route to Brits and Rustenburg.  Pretoria North was founded in 1878 by pioneering farmers who started farming alongside the Apies River.  

The North has the beautiful Magaliesberg Mountain range that protects the area from icy cold winds, offering residents pleasant subtropical temperatures and beautiful mountain views.  

The North includes the suburbs of Florauna, Nina Park, Tileba, Dorandia, Theresapark, Amandasig.  Travelling on the R513 further towards Brits, you will find developed suburbs such as Chantelle, Karenpark.

Pretoria North is home to Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute, an internationally accredited faculty of Veterinary Science.

Gated estates are becoming very popular amongst residents in Pretoria North offering families the security of community living while enjoying that out-of-town lifestyle.

The Property market is currently booming in Pretoria West and surroundings, with students looking for accommodation near TUT (Tshwane University of Technology) and CBD.  The houses are older and sturdy reflecting the era in which they were built, with some of the areas being the first in Pretoria.
