The Roseate Hiking Trail is a 9 km circular walking trail in the Cape Recife Reserve and offers beautiful unspoiled beaches, natural dune vegetation, rocky outcrops, a lighthouse an old-World War II observation post as well as a bird hide.
Kragga Kamma Game Park, a privately owned coastal grassland and forest, shelters many herds of native African animals. Drive through the reserve to observe white rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and other species in their natural habitat.

South End Museum
The beachfront suburb of Summerstrand is home to International Ironman events.
