Tracy managed most of the Howick Amber retirement villages rentals from the original developer days, prior to joining Harcourts in 2011 and successfully migrated most of these to the Greenacres branch. This provides extra value to Harcourts investment buyers at the villages who now have the added advantage of an extensive rental data base to draw on should they so wish.
