Reached out to Harcourts after having a horrific experience with a previous agency. At the time we had a signed mandate with the said agent, and Harcourts could not assist. They advised that they will contact me once the mandate expired. Once it did, Geraldine and Savannah met with us in person to hear about our experience and talk about what they could do to assist. These ladies are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and empathetic.
