Roswitha hails from Namibia, matriculated in Windhoek, and continued her studies at the University of Stellenbosch. She is fully tri-lingual and fluent in English, Afrikaans and German.
She completed an Advanced Management Program and Finance for Non-Financial Managers at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
Roswitha worked for various corporate companies in Cape Town before she moved to Johannesburg. She joined MTN as a founding member in 1994, at the time when the cellular industry started. During her 16 year tenure, she headed up the Device Procurement Division for the last 3 years. She joined Ingram Micro thereafter as the head of Procurement. In 2016 she decided to relocate back to the Western Cape, and settled in Langebaan. In February 2017 she joined Harcourts as an Intern and has since completed her training and is now a fully qualified property practitioner.
Her view in life is, that you've never learned enough, and she embraced her new career path with renewed enthusiasm.
Her hands-on, personal approach to business and vibrant personality, alongside her passion for people, makes her successful.
