Mankoana Pheona Phalane is a young black entrepreneur and real estate enthusiast who has dedicated her life to investing in people and businesses she loves. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Psychology, and an Honors degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, she has a deep understanding of people's needs, desires, and motivations.
As a graduate of the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) program, Circle of Global Business Women (CGBW), she has gained invaluable skills, knowledge, and networks that enable her to offer excellent services to her clients.
In 2016 she joined network marketing businesses. This experience taught her resilience, determination, and the art of selling. Her desire to change people's lives drove her to work as a peer counselor for two years, where she helped students overcome academic, social, financial, and psychological problems.
Mankoana's belief is that a home starts with a peace of mind giving people a home or helping them achieve financial growth over a long term. Her training in Criminology and Psychology has taught her to understand a problem before attempting to solve it, and she applies this principle to real estate investment.
