Mbongeni Mhlanga is a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of skills and experiences. As a Visual Marketing Group Head in a major South African retailer, he brings creativity and innovation to his role. Additionally, he is a business owner, real estate agent, inspirational speaker, and business development coach. Mbongeni's personal journey of overcoming challenges and loss has shaped his passion for inspiring and empowering others, particularly the younger generation. Through his lectures, discussions, and media appearances, he strives to reconnect individuals with their purpose and encourage them to face their own obstacles head-on.

In addition to his various roles, Mbongeni is the owner of a successful printing and branding business called Ruffael Printing Projects. This venture, which he started in memory of his late father, provides employment opportunities for 10 disadvantaged youth in South Africa. He is also involved in the solar energy business, property investments, business development coaching, and is an authorized YOCO reseller.
