Marsha has 30 years of Real Estate experience, covering all disciplines of the industry in her career - from Home Loans at Standard Bank, Bond Origination (PABetterbond), eLAN (Developers) to owning her own Harcourts Franchises.
Marsha worked more than 20 years for Standard Bank, with her last 5 years at the Bank as the National Manager, Home Loans.
In 2004, Marsha joined PABetterbond as Director Sales and were leading a team of 12 Regional Sales Managers and 250 consultants in this growing originating business.
In 2009 she joined the Efficient Group, a company listed on the JSE as Sales and Marketing Director.
From here she joined eLAN, one of SA leading property developers in KZN as Sales Director.
In 2011 she moved to the Eastern Cape and embarked on a new career as business owner and opened her own Harcourts Franchises in Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage/Despatch and later St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis, Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp and Sedgefield
