Maritha started her career in property in 2002 and opened their first Harcourts Franchise in 2012 in Limpopo. Her main focus was on property rentals and contractors housing. She quickly set the standard in contractors' accommodation and the Harcourts Waterberg franchise won annual awards for the best Rental office within the Harcourts Group for years to follow.
In 2014 the West Coast office was opened and new offices under the Harcourts West Coast umbrella include Langebaan, Yzerfontein, St Helena Bay and Paternoster while still operating the Limpopo office remotely. Since then, she has decided to joined forces with her Brother (Pieter Wagner) as business partner to take Harcourts Westcoast to new heights.
