I would like to thank Jeanette for kicking off the process with a bang. My wife and I have been looking at houses for more than a year, so we’ve met almost every estate agent in Krugersdorp. We not only liked the house instantly we also felt very comfortable with Jeanette. It did not take long after we saw the house that we decided to make an offer. We consulted Jeanette and even though our offer was slightly lower than the “bottom-line” she still did not hesitate to take the offer to the seller. She not only gave the seller my offer but sold it to them as they accepted it without a tug of war. (I may have offered too much) After this, something happened and Jeanette disappeared from the scene and in came Kyron. At first I was quite irritated and thought Jeanette may have just closed the deal and moved on to the next sale and stuck me with the trainee. I am very happy to say that this was not the case. He kept me informed of the process and regularly followed up with us to make sure we did not have any questions left unanswered. He further impressed me with how pro-actively he treated every request we had. If he did not know how, why or when he would not try to hide it, but rather make sure about whatever he was unsure of and then report back. (This is a stunning trait) After a little while Jeanette returned to the scene, but not once did she try to overcompensate or take back over from Kyron. These two work together perfectly and there is not a whole lot left to teach them and they absolutely carried the Harcourts name very high.
