I am, Philippina Rowe and currently an estate agent at Harcourts Rustenburg Sales. In all my years being in this industry I have been someone who set very high standards and goals for myself. I think I'm a big gainer in the real estate industry and I have an excellent knowledge of the industry be the fact that I worked for about 5 years in the Deeds Office, as a data capture as well as a deeds examiner. After resigning from the Deeds Office, I worked as a conveyancing typist for about 15 years in which I gained a lot of experience and knowledge about the overall process of property transfer.

With my experience and professionalism, I think that I am an excellent real estate agent. I am always a very loyal driven person with high integrity and honesty levels. My clients always had lots of respect for the relationships and work quality I had with them as clients. I have an excellent emotional intelligence to understand customer's behaviour and emotional needs. I can also handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.

I have also a great knowledge of the property market, that includes the areas and property values in my area and surroundings. My communication and listening skills are also of a high standard, because of my high versatility levels in my communication skills with clients. I am an enthusiastic person and I believe that to be always presentable is a very important rule in my daily life. I am ambitious and hard working and are motivated to achieve all my goals that a set for myself. I am also energetic and eager to learn new skills. I am great at time management and have a creative approach to problem solving.

I strive to change negative thoughts into positive thoughts. I am a person that is not waiting for things to happen, I make things happen.
