My name is Gloria Baloyi. I was born in Atteridgeville, Pretoria. I started my school there and moved to Mamelodi, where I matriculated. I feathered my studies through UNISA, where i obtained my undergraduate and postgraduate degree in information and communication management.
I then worked at Stats SA as a statistical officer. I was promoted to an Information officer and later alternate as a Communication and Information Management Specialist. During these periods, I was interacting with stakeholders who were respondents and users of statistical information. That is where I have gained a vast understanding and knowledge of clients' relations. Building trust and understanding clients' requests was the core business. What I am bringing to the company is an excellent analysis of the clients' needs and the best way the company can assist them.
