Denis Quayle, a Civil Engineering Graduate of University of London, with an MBA from the University of Cape Town, took over as the Director of Maynard Burgoyne in 1983.
Established in Pinelands in 1964, Maynard Burgoyne & Company played a significant role in the growth and standards of the Real Estate Industry in Cape Town.
From small beginnings, offices were established in major residential areas and Denis became involved in governance at various levels.
Realising the need for a national representative network, Denis and Maynard Burgoyne became involved in the Homenet Group in 1992, where he subsequently held the post of Western Cape Regional Director.
Over the years, Denis has been involved in several Residential Developments in Tableview, Pinelands, Thornton & Fish Hoek.
With offices in Edgemead, Pinelands, & Kenilworth, Harcourts Maynard Burgoyne provides Residential Sales and Letting Services to their clients in the broader Southern Suburbs of Cape Town from Edgemead to Clovelly, as well as letting in the South Peninsula.
