I am a certified estate agent with 18 years of experience as a successful salesperson in the real estate industry. My career in real estate began in 2005, and since then, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. As a dedicated professional, I believe in taking on a limited number of mandates to ensure that I can focus on working intensively on each of them.

I am proud to state that my mandates, on average, are sold within 65 days, with a 90% success rate of selling at the asking price. I am also proud to have a conversion rate of 91% of mandates sold and a 98% acceptance rate of offers made by sellers. I intentionally avoid taking on overpriced mandates to ensure that my clients receive the best value for their money.

My focus is to help people achieve their dreams of owning a home, and my clients love dealing with me due to my outgoing personality. I possess excellent empathy skills and can sense the feelings and perspectives of others. I take an active interest in my clients' concerns and offer them sensitive and effective help based on their needs. I am a sociable person and can express my feelings easily and appropriately, making it easy for me to reach out to new customers.

My listening skills and effective communication abilities have enabled me to adapt well to stressful situations. I am also married for 44 years to Willie Thirion, who is also involved in the property market.

I hold a B.Soc.Sc (Social Work) degree from the University of Orange Free State and a Further Education and Training Certificate Real Estate NQF Level 4. In 2015, I was awarded a Certificate of Professional Recognition as a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE) by the EAAB, having successfully completed the Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). Additionally, I have been awarded the Harcourts Excellence Award for lifetime sales to the value of R 100 Million, highlighting my excellent track record in the industry.
