For the past 17 years, Adel Bezuidenhout professional from Harcourts Falcons, a prominent branch of the Unlimited Group based in Brakpan, South Africa, has been an integral part of the Harcourts family. Commencing their journey in the real estate industry as a General Admin and Receptionist, the individual took pride in laying a strong foundation by learning various facets of the business from the ground up. Transitioning to the Rental department in 2005, they excelled as a Rental Administrator and eventually assumed the role of Rental Property Manager in 2012. In this capacity, they efficiently managed and administered the rentals across four branches within the Tergro Group of Companies.
The year 2016 marked a significant milestone as the individual seized the opportunity to become the Business Development and Sales Manager. Revelling in the diversity of this role, they have since enjoyed positively impacting those around them. On a personal level, they attained the Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification and NQF 5 qualification.
In the years of business the branch has celebrated noteworthy achievements, securing the prestigious 5 Blue Diamond achievement award and managed to stay in the top 3 for Client service.
The team as a collective have also accomplished Sales awards ranging from Bronze to Gold.
