141 Ha Grazing farm in Ingogo

This farm is situated in the Emadlangeni Local Municipality under the Majuba District Municipality and is zoned for agricultural purposes.The small village of Ingogo is about 10 km away from the farm. The topography is undulating with hilly outcrop and sloping downwards towards the river. The property is situated in the Bio-climatic Sub region Uc 1 (Newcastle), also known as "Dry Tall Grassveld" This represent a mean annual rainfall of 724 mm, with cool summers of 25 degrees and cold winters with mean low temperatures of 10.3 degrees.
