The Garden: The garden demonstrates the possibility of sustainable living in a relatively small space. The garden is organic and modelled on permaculture principles. Elements include natural irrigation from an underground stream, rain-water harvesting (10 large tanks), grey water usage systems, composting, vermiculture, heirloom seed propagation. A nursery and hot-house, a medicinal garden, indigenous plants, fruit trees, a deep, natural, living pond and 2 beautiful natural bomas.

The Greenhouse : This substantial glass house serves as a nursery and hot house where plants are propagated.

The Facilitator's Cottage: A secluded bedroom hut made of latte with an outside hot shower and loo. The roof can lift up in summer to allow cool breezes to waft through.

The Treatment Room: This is a separate and private timber structure with a pine deck and floors, reeded ceiling and outside shower and storeroom and overlooks the riding stables. (Approx. 37m²)

The Workshop: Is underneath the treatment room (and below the water table - so gets pumped out in winter).

The Music Room: This is a further separate little corrugated iron building down a path. It has water and could be converted to another bedroom by putting in an outside shower and loo.

The Rabbit Hutch and Compost Containers: The hutch has a family of bunnies whose droppings are added to the wonderful organic compost being created in special containers on the property.

The Drying Yard: In itself yet another charming, peaceful area, this has been screened with a latte fence around an old Wild Olive tree.
