My name is Latiefa, and I have been operating in sales and management for more than 20 years in South Africa. My sales and managerial skills in retail has helped me to excel as a Principal at Harcourts Diamond . The experience over the years has given me perspective, insight and awareness as far as customer needs, and customer satisfaction is concerned.

I believe that people management, and good communication are necessary skills if one hopes to succeed in the field of realty. The above has allowed for the continued success of Harcourts Diamond. As a result, we have won many coveted awards (national) for over a decade, one such award is the Blue Circle Award (national prize) - placing in the Top 5 (office) in South Africa.

On a personal note: The recent covid pandemic has unfortunately devastated our country economically. It has impacted many lives across the globe mentally and emotionally. As a result, many people look inwardly in order to manage the outward. The pandemic has taught us at Harcourts Diamond humility, gratitude - the appreciation of time, and appreciation of humanity at large. During this time, I decided to take up courses and training in First Aid. The idea is to be of service to my fellow man should the occasion demand for it. This time is one of reflection, and I encourage all persons (regardless of positions held) to go forward with strength, hope and belief. To remember, that the system of operation can only function when we as a team are united as one.
