The master suite and two well-sized bedrooms are on the lower level. The entertainment area has a built in jetmaster for all-weather braaiing. The kitchen is beautifully dressed in granite and wood with a scullery.

The resort has municipal water as well as its own borehole. Plenty of tanks for rainwater and a grey water filtration and irrigation system to maintain the beautiful lawns.
