Rentalsdotcom Supreme

My sense of humour is my super-power and my saving grace in the rentals industry. Having joined Harcourts Rentalsdotcom Supreme in 2015 with absolutely no experience in the rentals industry, not even as a tenant, the adjustment to one of the hardest industries in the world was handled with humour and a good understanding of human experience. I have worked under one of the leaders in the South African Rentals industry, Emma Morisse for almost 8 years and her knowledge and experience of the rentals industry as well as her determination to ensure that her employees are well trained and well versed in the vagaries which make up this industry in South Africa has left me with a well rounded experience. With her encouragement I am currently busy with my NQF4 qualification and I have done many varied courses through Payprop, TPN, Harcourts, Propdata which are related to my main function as accounts admin and part-time agent in the Germiston area, in which I not only reside but also work. So, I have first-hand experience of what this area has to offer and what it is like to live and work in in Germiston and the people who make up the community, knowledge of what the area offers in the sense of shops, restaurants, transport, services, entertainment etc

Finding a tenant for a property, assisting with the application process, vetting and approving a tenant and then they move in is a very satisfying process which always leaves me a sense of achievement. Doing the accounts for the properties which I have knowledge from listing & viewings adds another dimension to my job and makes my work more than just admin and numbers.
