In 1981 my husband and I moved to Stellenbosch, from Johannesburg. It is here in this beautiful valley that we wanted to start a family and bring our children up.
Initially I worked on a well-known wine estate as a bookkeeper for 10 years. However in need of a fresh challenge, my love of being with people and deep interest in property found me starting a new career as an estate agent in 1995.
I completed the Estate Agents Board exam in 1997 and in 1998 received the Certificate of Residential Specialist for South Africa. In 2012 I passed both the NQF4 and then the NQF5 principle agent qualification. I successfully ran my own estate agency for 13 years. After which I decided to join the Harcourts team in 2014, as I wanted to keep abreast of the fast paced growth globally and be part of an international team. From this platform I can offer buyers and sellers a deeper level of service, not only on the web but through the cutting edge technology Harcourts developed for their clients. Sellers can track the sales activity with their own client login for peace of mind.
Over the past 23 years I have built up a healthy reputation of integrity and kindness in the Stellenbosch residential sales market. I have felt privileged to assist many families, either leaving an old home or starting a new one and have built up remarkable friendships and connections.
