Vuyo says that while some may think real estate is all about selling houses, there is more to it. It branches off into many other sectors, from banking, conveyancing and advertising to marketing, etc. He has a marketing background which he finds very useful. He believes that what makes real estate special is the service one is selling to people. One works on flexi-time. Real Estate teaches the agent concerned time management, people skills and business ethics. In Real Estate he has learned to kill a lot of things with one stone.
