This letter serves to confirm that Trish and Joshua Parsons from Harcourts assisted us in the acquisition of a property in Cape Town. We are so pleased with the service we have received from them that we would like to share our experience with other prospective buyers and sellers. We had been looking for approximately a year for a property that met our criteria. To be honest we were probably looking for a needle in a haystack with a limited initial budget. To find something that specific in the Cape Town property market proved to be very difficult. We were about to give up when we came across a Harcourt Auction online advert on social media. The property met all our criteria and we now had to find a way of acquiring the property. The moment we enquired about the property we were met with total professionalism and care from Joshua. His dealing with us included full information as well as video explaining everything we needed to know and much more. We were based in Gauteng and that made things so much more complicated. We met with Trish and Joshua on the 14th March 2022 in CT in order to view the property. Once we had made our decision to make an offer Trish was phenomenal in guiding us through the process and securing the property for us. The property was to be sold via an online auction. This was something very different to we are use too. However, the information and guidance from Trish and Joshua in this regard was phenomenal. Things however turned out differently in that we eventually purchased the property by making a cash offer to the seller which he accepted. We believe that we got a very fair deal and I believe that the seller sold his property much quicker than initially anticipated. We are now the proud owners of this property in the Cape thanks to these two wonderful agents. The professionalism , care and full disclosure of information is not something that is often found in our country. We would like to thank both of them for making our dream come true of owning a beautiful property in Cape town. We would recommend them and Harcourts to anyone in the future.
