    Selling and buying property is one the most stressful periods in anyone’s life. In my job I strive to ensure that a sale is concluded in the shortest possible time with both the seller and the buyer walking away satisfied and feeling that they received the best possible customer experience during the process. For me central to this is clear and honest communication from the time the mandate is signed right through to final registration. I don’t promise my clients that I will find a buyer in a certain period, that I will get a specific price or that the entire sales process will go smoothly. What I do promise though is that I will give you regular feedback on the phone or via email. I promise to carry out a marketing plan. I promise to bring only qualified buyers. I promise to present all offers in writing. I promise that you will continue to receive feedback during the transfer process. I will ensure that the contract is fully explained to you and is complete. I have years of experience in management positions and have consulted to a diverse range of businesses both in South Africa and abroad. I believe that understanding the market and the product you sell is of utmost importance. My university education has given me a solid grounding and since joining Harcourts Delta, I have received extensive training from the Harcourts Training Academy. I continue to undergo training on a frequent basis and always keep up to date with the latest trends in the real estate market.     As a young Professional, I have had a taste of many different industries. After completing a BCom in Marketing and Business Management, I have worked in London as a restaurant manager, I have travelled the world on super yachts preparing food as a professional chef, worked in the corporate arena as an international steel and commodities trader and I’ve worked in the pressurised environment of event coordination. However from a very young age, after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s book - Rich Dad Poor Dad, I have had a fascination with investing in property and leveraging its potential. So after 5 years of travelling and then another 6 years of corporate I found myself in a safe, well paid but uninspired office bound position. I felt the need to move to in an industry that re-ignited my passion. In 2011 I took the plunge into Real Estate to learn everything about buying, selling and investing in property. I bought shares in a start-up Real Estate Brokerage and took up the position as General Manager. Dealing with clients throughout my career I know what it takes to build relationships in any industry. Sustainable value is created by developing long term relationships which is the reason I will always look out for my client’s best interests. That’s how one builds a great network. People say that one of my greatest skills is my ability to engage with a diverse variety of people and inspire happiness.
